Yes. posgryd is a fully cloud-based platform accessible from any device with a web browser. Your data is securely stored in the cloud with real-time syncing across all your devices and locations. We also support offline mode for uninterrupted service during internet outages.

Pricing & Billing

How much does posgryd cost?
We offer three plans: Starter (free for a single location), Professional ($49/month for up to 10 locations), and Enterprise (custom pricing for unlimited locations). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features during the trial period — no credit card required, no commitment. If you decide posgryd isn't right for you, simply stop using it.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties or lock-in periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no transaction fees from posgryd (payment processor fees are separate), and no hidden costs. You can cancel anytime without penalties.

Features & Integration

What hardware do I need?
posgryd works on any modern device with a web browser — tablets (iPad, Android), laptops, or desktops. We also support standard peripherals like receipt printers (Epson, Star Micronics), cash drawers, barcode scanners, and card readers. No proprietary hardware required.
Does posgryd work offline?
Yes. Our Professional and Enterprise plans include offline mode. If your internet goes down, you can continue taking orders and processing sales. Data automatically syncs when the connection is restored.
Can I integrate posgryd with other tools?
Yes. posgryd integrates with popular payment processors, accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats), and more. Our Professional plan includes API access for custom integrations.
Can I migrate from my current POS system?
Absolutely. Our migration team will help you transfer your product catalog, customer data, inventory records, and historical data from your existing system. Most migrations are completed within 24 hours with zero downtime.
Does posgryd support multiple languages?
Yes. The platform interface supports multiple languages, and you can configure catalogs, menus, and receipts in different languages for each location. Contact us for a full list of supported languages.

Security & Compliance

Is my data secure?
Yes. posgryd uses industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 compliant cloud providers with multiple redundancies and automatic backups.
Is posgryd PCI compliant?
Yes. posgryd is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment card security certification. We never store raw card numbers — all payment processing is handled through certified payment processors.
Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. posgryd is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data processing agreements (DPAs), support data subject access requests, and give you tools to manage customer data deletion and export in compliance with privacy regulations.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure, SOC 2 certified data centers. We offer regional data residency options for Enterprise customers who need data stored in specific geographic locations.

What support is included?
All plans include access to our help center, email support, and live chat. Professional plans add priority phone support, and Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager with guaranteed response times.
Do you offer onboarding and training?
Yes. All plans include self-service onboarding with video tutorials and documentation. Professional plans include a 1-hour onboarding call, and Enterprise plans include on-site training sessions for your team.
What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm EST, for all plans. Enterprise customers with SLA agreements receive 24/7 priority support including weekends and holidays.
